You will be paired with a U.S. based professionally trained Account Manager.

You may call your Account Manager on the phone or you may communicate with your Account Manager through email, text or mail.

Your Account Manager will be your dedicated point of contact.

Your Account Manager will receive and review your bills. Your Account Manager will compare new charges to previous charges and contact you if any charge seems problematic.

You can choose to have your Account Manager take care of 1 bill, several bills, or all of your bills.

It is completely up to you. You can add bills at any time and you can send any one off bills whenever you want.

Do I need a computer to use FluxBill's services?

No, you don’t! You can access all the benefits of FluxBill by simply using your telephone and regular mail. We’ll send you a printed copy of your monthly report, along with any paper bills you’d like to continue receiving.

Simply get in touch with us, and we’ll send you a service agreement. Once you sign it, you can return it to us via email, text, mail, or fax. After that, your dedicated account manager will reach out to guide you through the enrollment process. You’ll need to provide one sample of each bill you’d like FluxBill to manage. If you don’t have copies of your bills at the start, no worries—you can send them to us anytime in the future.

You can send us your documents and bills in whichever way is most convenient for you: by mail, email (after scanning), text, or fax. Once you’re enrolled, we’ll provide you with prepaid business reply envelopes to make mailing easy. Simply place your documents in the envelope, and send it back to us—it’s already addressed and postage-paid. Please note: FluxBill only requires one sample of each bill. After that, your vendors will send us your bills directly, so you won’t need to mail recurring bills every month. This means you’ll receive much less mail going forward.
